Abstract
INDONESIA:
Dalam menjalani kehidupan, setiap orang mendambakan kebahagian dalam menjalani masa hidupnya, kematangan Konsep Diri adalah salah satu cara di mana manusia dapat mewujudkannya, kebahagiaan dengan memenuhi berbagai bentuk kebutuhan hidupnya seni dan ilmu pengetahuan, sekaligus untuk mewujudkan kehidupan yang lebih baik, dinamika psikologi yang di miliki seseorang sangat berpengaruh dengan konsep diri seseorang, hal itu yang akan memenuhi kualitas hidupnya dimana seseorang dapat di lihat dari bagaimana seseorang menerima dirnya di masa lalu dengan apa adanya, memiliki kemampuan membina dan berhubungan positif, dengan orang lain menjadi pribadi yang mandiri, mampu menguasai lingkungan ada rasa kepuasan hidup dalam dirinya serta menyadari potensi yang ada dalam dirinya untuk menjadi pribadi yang terus tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik, namun ternyata faktor pendidikan dan status sosial dapat menghambat tumbuh dan kembangnya konsep diri terutama pada anggota komunitas, sehingga perlunya untuk mengetahui permasalahan anggota komunitas.
Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas maka yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah, pertama Bagaimana kondisi konsep diri Santri Prima Anggota Jagon-gmaton Di Pesantren Rakyat, kedua Bagaimana problem konsep diri Santri Prima, ketiga Apakah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsep diri Santri Prima, keempat Bagaimanakah bentuk dinamika konsep diri Santri Prima. Penelitian ini bertujuan Pertama Untuk mendiskripsikan kondisi konsep diri Santri Prima ke Dua Untuk memetakan problem konsep diri Santri Prima, ke Tiga Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsep diri Santri Prima, Ke Empat Untuk menemukan bentuk dinamika konsep diri Santri Prima.
Metode yang digunakan mengguakan metode diskriptif kwalitatif karena penelitian ini menjelaskan keadaan atau fenomena di lapangan yang di kumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sempel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 2 (dua) subjek, yaitu berusaha memaparkan penelitian sebagaimana adanya sesuai dengan data yang di kumpulkan dan di lanjutkan dengan menarik kesimpulan dengan membandingkan lapangan dan standar buku yang mengacu pada teori yang ada

In life, everyone crave happiness in his life, maturity Self-concept is one of the ways in which humans can make it happen, happiness to fill their needs various forms of art and science, then to achieve a better life, psychological dynamics owned someone very influential with the concept of a person, it would fill the quality of life where a person can be seen from how a person accept destiny in the past with what it is, it kinds of the ability to nurture and positively associated, in the society it is becoming an independent person, who able to master the existing environment, there is a sense of satisfaction in her life and realize the potential that exists to become a person who continues to grow and develop properly, but the factors of education and social status can inhibit self-concept grows and self-development especially on members of the community, so that it needed to know the problems of the community members. Based on the background above, the focus of this research is, first how is the condition of Prima students’ self-concept in boarding school Jagon Gong-gong- gmaton. Second, how is the problem of Prima students’ self-concept? Three, what are the factors that influence Prima students’ self-concept. Fourth, how is the dynamics of Prima students’ self-concept? The objectives of the study are: first, to describe the condition of the students’ self-concept. Second is to map the problem of students’ self-concept. Three is to analyze the factors that influence self-concept. Fourth is to find the form of the dynamics of self- concept.
The method of this research is descriptive qualitative because study describes the situation or phenomenon which is collected through observation, interviews and documentation, there are 2 (two) subjects which is trying to present the real condition of the research as it is in accordance with the data collected and proceed to draw conclusions by comparing the field and the standard reference book on the theory.
The results of the study are shows the dynamics of self-concept develop and increase positively if we compare with the previous one of the supporting factors in the process 1.
