CONTRIBUTION OF MANAGEMENT EFFECTIVITY TO THE TEACHERS PERFORMANCE
(Study of Planning, Actuating and Controlling Contribution to The Performance of Madrasah ‘Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Teachers in Kabupaten Bandung at 2004-2005)

As according to research background study, hence formula of problem at this research; How picture empirically about management effectiveness contribution to performance Madrasah ‘Aliyah Negeri (MAN) teachers in Kabupaten Bandung during the time.
For this question re-detailed into three question of specific research as variable sub of especial the function of management, that is 1) Is there any planning process have positive contribution to the performance of Madrasah ‘Aliyah Negeri (MAN) teachers in Kabupaten Bandung, 2) Is there any actuating process have positive contribution to the performance of Madrasah ‘Aliyah Negeri (MAN) teachers in Kabupaten Bandung?, and 3) Is there any controlling process have positive contribution to the performance of Madrasah ‘Aliyah Negeri (MAN) teachers in Kabupaten Bandung?.
Approach of method think at this research that is deductive idea or Deducto hypothetico. While research design that used is explanatory survey with data processing correlation analysis that is to be able to measure management effectiveness contribution (planning, actuating and controlling) as independent variable to the performance of Madrasah ‘Aliyah Negeri (MAN) teachers in Kabupaten Bandung as dependent variable.
From result of data analysis in this research is obtained by conclusion that Analysis Correlation Coefficient (rxy), of calculation with signifikansi 5 = 0,05 or trust storey; level 95% obtained the following value; 1) Value correlation coefficient of X1 to Y (rx1y) equal to 0,855; 2) Value correlation coefficient of X2 to Y (rx2y) equal to 1,696; and 3) Value correlation coefficient of X3 to Y (rx3y) equal to 0,811. Got coefficient of determinasi total influence of X1 up to X3 by together to Y totally score 0,798 or equal to 79,8% and rest 0,321 or equal to 32,1% determined by other factor or varibel. Of Analysis Coefficient Band from result of calculation of matrix correlation of Invers obtained by band coefficient and influence value for PYX1 = 0,248 or 24,8%; PYX2 = 0,444 or 44,4%; and PYX3 = 0,349 or 34,9%. To test the level of influence of variable of X to variable of Y accepted or refused, with trust storey; level 95% or = 0,05 and df = n - k - 1, hence from influence value with utilizing formula of F obtained by f value equal to 140,1744. Conclusion of hypothesis statistic between variable of X with variable of Y there are positive influence, where F count 140,1744 F tables 1,52, meaning hypothesis tested and accepted. To test the level of influence from each free variable dimension to variable tied to be accepted or refused, with trust storey; level 95% or = 0,05 and dv = n - 1, conducted by calculation with formula of t and obtained by value; 1) tYX1 = 3,44135; 2) tYX2 = 6,26386; and 3) tYX3 = 4,18592. conducted by compare between t count with t tables. According to tables of distribution of student-t obtained. Its ever greater meaning of contribution each variable sub management, hence will be ever greater also its influence to the performance of Madrasah ‘Aliyah Negeri (MAN) teachers in Kabupaten Bandung.
